I was very upset by the way my recent mammogram results were communicated. I was asked to schedule a [omitted] to discuss my test results, which led me to believe there was a serious concern. The multiple calls reminding me to attend the appointment only increased my anxiety and fear about what the results might reveal. During the appointment, I was informed that my mammogram results were negative. I was told that I should see a breast specialist due to my high-risk status, but there were no abnormal findings on the mammogram itself. This information could have been communicated by the nurse during one of the phone calls without requiring a [omitted]. When I expressed my concerns to the doctor, she responded that she felt this information should come directly from her rather than a nurse and that she was being proactive in my care. While I appreciate her intention to be proactive and personally involved, I do not believe a [omitted] appointment was necessary to communicate negative test results and a recommendation for specialist follow-up. The appointment resulted in a $145 charge and caused significant anxiety and worry that could have been avoided with clearer communication beforehand. I would appreciate a review of this situation and the associated charge.
She's patient, thorough, intelligent and made sure there's a solution for my problem. She's on point.

She was very dismissive. She blamed my long covid and my recurring lung infection on acid reflux despite having none even brought up. I have a white tongue when i’m sick due to me being severely dehydrated when i get sick. She prescribed two random medications and dismissed my actual symptoms

Doctor Kaye was amazing
She is very knowledgeable and compassionate
When I saw her last year she listened to my concerns and helped me get the care I was looking for. This time she kept telling me something that I already knew. Continue to insist one of my concerns was not a big deal and that I did not need to see a specialist even though I told her it was a new symptom that I was concerned about. I had to insist way too many times that it was something that needed to be looked into before she finally gave me a referral
She is awesome
Dr. Kaur lets her ego get in the way of interpreting symptoms. Her guesses about what are wrong change every other sentence. In my appointment, which was about 20 minutes she suggested that my issues were from: weight, dehydration, anxiety, my anxiety medication, my thyroid medication, and “just because”. After seeing several specialists this past year, she told me that I didn’t need to see them, and that they all were thinking my problems were due to anxiety but she “was the only one willing to be honest with me”. I have never had another provider even insinuate that was the case. I left my appointment feeling like I did not receive unbiased care.
Dr. Kaur is wonderful. She takes her time with me, is caring about my health and well being, and doesn't try to rush me out of the room. I am extremely comfortable with her and she is by far the best doctor I've had in years. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Kaur.
