She is exceptional!
Always on time and compassionate
Dr. Celzo-Vista has not reviewed my lab results or advised me what course of action will be taken with my healthcare. I don't know what my test results mean and I have gotten no response from her. What was the purpose of the bloodwork if she was not going to tell me what my results mean?
I've had her for years. She's very efficient. If I miss my blood work previous to my visit she does it in office.

Courteous, thorough, attentive
I think she knows her stuff but it's like talking to a computer when she's in the room she barely looks up from the computer there is it element of scoffing as she's thinking that your question is silly really not a doctor I'm crazy about the way trust she knows what she's doing I just don't really feel taken care of or that I have time to have my questions answered the appointments are so rushed. There's definitely not a feeling that all of my concerns are taken it under careful consideration.

She is very professional and care about her patients.
I feel the doctor is ok. What I don't like is that Dr. Clezo and Dr. Selbo do not communicate about anything. I am consistently getting sent for blood work withing weeks of each other. Neither blood work works for the other doctor. Why cant we either communicate as co planners of my health, or when I am scheduled for blood work, just do the full work up every time so both doctors can use the information. Not sure why I have to manage the communication between two Crystal Run Doctors that are on the same Epic platform?

She is a nice woman but I always feel she is rushing through my appointment to get to the next appointment. Every single visit. I dont feel enough time is taken to answer my medical questions/concerns before she's saying ok I'll see you in 6 months, bye.
