I found Dr. Braun to be abrupt, discourteous and arrogant. I felt that he made fun of how I described my symptoms and cut short my explanations. I would like to mention that I am educated and have taken the time to read about my eye concerns. I thought I was speaking to him in an erudite and articulate manner but he spoke down to me. Due to an acute eye problem, I needed to see Dr. Braun repeatedly over a few weeks and his behavior softened, but he was still curt. I have noted that he tends to blame the patient in his notes. Early on in my treatment, I asked about other procedures that might help my eyes, but he responded “ just keep doing what you are doing” without any explanation and as he was walking out of the room. This behavior is rude and I am going to investigate another physician.
