This was our child's first opthamologist appt and we were tentative about the process. The team at Dr Roberts office could not have been more informative, courteous, and accommodating. The experience ran like clockwork from start to finish with expectations of timing and waits clearly defined from the start, important with a [omitted]. The staff was well versed in receiving even the youngest of patients. The setting was fun. Both the initial Dr (or PA?) and Dr. Roberts pre and post dilation tests that felt thorough and expert. They put our minds at ease and recommended a follow up appt to squelch any further concerns. I hadn't realized until after the fact that my family member also attends the practice and has all the same feelings. We travelled 30+min from [omitted] to see Dr Roberts and it was the best decision.

He is just wonderful, cares for his patients.
