He is very nice and compassionate at the time of visit but did not have staff follow up when pacemaker gave alarm to tell me what was the problem. Had me come in to the office 3 months after incident. Ordered stress test and did not send or give results bt phone as I have repeatedly requested.

-
Very thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and committed to ensuring I am OK.
-
He’s very competent, very polite, very clear with explanations, very patient with patient and family questions. He was not aware of a time sensitive message related to the last appointment so that was disappointing and likely affected his answers
-
He is very knowledgeable and informative.

Prior to my being connected to Dr. Manheimer, I was consistently dealing with a scary condition related to LOW HEART Rates, which my previous doctor vehemently associated with Sleep Apnea, despite having had me wear a Holter monitor multiple times, and without ever identifying the real issue! On one occasion, she specifically told me that a beep had come up from the Holter monitor! During our 1st meeting, Dr. Manheimer consulted me and, based on the results of a Holter monitor study, which I recall was installed at the request of Dr. Katz, he recommended an invasive heart procedure: PBC ablation, which actually took place on [omitted] at Montefiore Hospital in The Bronx. That intervention, which he conducted, has indeed terminated those past low heart rate conditions and the PVCs. I am very fortunate to have been under the care of Dr. Manheimer who has probably saved my life from the issues which brought me to him.
