Dr Schenkman is a good doctor and a nice man. Dr Schenkman’s nurse, Susie is rude and obnoxious. I was early for my visit but late in her eyes so I was aggressively reprimanded about being late. I was then talked to like I was a child and instructed not to touch anything in the exam room. Dr Schenkman is a fine doctor but having to deal with his nurse causes me to consider finding another provider.

He completely dismissed my concerns and blamed my chief complaint on my period. Even if I didn’t see blood myself, I have other things wrong that warrant a urologist and he just didn’t care.
