Dr. Lucal was an absolute gem! She was kind, personable, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. That annual appointment isn't the most pleasant in general, but she made me feel comfortable and that was much appreciated. Since it was my first appointment with a doctor since moving to the area, she set the standard for care and I am very appreciative of her time and ability to make me feel as at ease as possible.

I didn’t feel like she was rushing through our appointment. She was kind and also acknowledged my husband in the room which in the past he has been ignored by other providers. We asked questions and again, didn’t feel rushed or hurried out of the exam room. So friendly especially it being our first time meeting.
