Caring, knowledgeable, not too formal.
Appointment felt very rushed as if she was trying to get me out of her office quickly. Felt very dismissive whenever I tried to bring up a concern about my health. Never actually called me by the right name when talking to me.
Dr. Dela Torre knows her stuff. Very informative and pleasant.
Dr, De Latorre is wonderful and I highly recommend her as a professional. Optum practices and business staff are not all professional. Perhaps they are put in the middle of bad business practices, however. The only reason I stay is for my physicians and continuity of care.
She’s nice but I find when I need recommendations or a referral after a test that requires a specialist , it’s just “yeah they are booking out fast. No, referral no help whatsoever even though a referral would have moved things quicker. I feel completely disregarded and not cared about at all
Because you can ask her specific test you want done or concerned about and she orders it
