i had something in my eye that i felt was scratching my eye. when i called to try to make an appointment mary was wonderful. i think she heard the concern in my voice and although she told me that my regular dr.had no openings she told me i could see another dr.. this was the first time i saw dr. pfeiffer. she was so pleasant and understanding. she immediately found the problem, removed the piece of mascara, and i felt relief immediately. she saw the notes from my previous appointment with dr. flug and talked to me about some issues. i felt very comfortable with her from the start. both mary at reception and dr.pfeiffer are terrific assets to the optum organization.

Because I saw her twice in the last six months. She referred me to the retinologist who in turn sent me to Dr. Flug. After which I returned to Dr Pfeiffer and she took some time with me to finally be able to prescribe lenses.
