-
She is very nice, professional, understanding and caring. She's an excellent Gynecologist!
-
Professionalism, expertise, and pleasant interpersonal style.
-
She took the time to explain things to me, and gave me a printout of helpful things to try and a referral for a specialist.
-
She made an error in reviewing my history, too casual in conversation for a professional appointment. Nice for a backyard barbeque, not what I look for at a doctor's visit.
-
Compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, listened to me.
-
She is very open, friendly, honest and I trust her judgement
-
Compassionate, relates, asks questions, and doesn’t avoid the hard stuff.
-
She listens and gives excellent feedback and sollutions
-
Outstanding provider who treats me like the intelligent adult that I am
-
I can’t say enough about Dr Hagen. I was hospitalized for something else, and she wasn’t even my doctor at that time, and she came To me and made me feel cared for. She is the best in my book and I highly recommend!
-
She is easy to talk to and very thorough.
-
Thoughtful, kind, caring, and answers all questions asked in detail
-
Caring, listens when you speak.
-
I found her very pleasant, caring, efficient, asked questions.
-
She is kind, confident, and comfortable with what she’s doing which put me at ease and also comfortable with her.
-
did tests and did not follow up with proper medications
-
She's great but not easy to get an appointment with and also not easy to get messages back and forth from her team. Feels like ok for upstate, but shouldn't be measured by metrics of where one lives (compared to care in larger metro areas). care is care, communication is communication. Optum has been broken for years but it's all we've got here besides Nuance. worse of two evils.
-
Professional, compassionate and respectful,
-
She was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Understood my concerns and took the time to explain things and listen.
