Dr. Croen has always been extremely professional, experienced, kind and caring. He has gone above and beyond for his patients. He has even stepped in for his limited staff when necessary. Crystal Run needs more professionals like Dr. Croen.

Dr Croen treated my husband many years ago for severe abdominal pain and performed a colonoscopy. Everything went well and we got to the bottom of the cause of the pain. He was placed on medication and the problem cleared up. It is good to have a reference of care since my husband did not have any complaints I kept Dr. Croen's name in my list of doctors to follow up with for the future. He is listens, is attentive and gives feedback on questions posed.

Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get an appointment (if it's other than something for a routine checkup) but Dr. Croen is worth the wait. Dr. Croen takes his time in listening to my concerns and then he suggests how to handle that concern. Many years ago, Dr. Croen detected colon cancer in my older sister. Because of that she is still alive at age [omitted] and doing well.
