See earlier message. She is an excellent doctor: thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. If it wasn’t for Dorothy I wouldn’t go to Optum bc I can’t get an appointment if I’m sick. Optum requires me to go to a walk in clinic when sick. I resent this bc I want to see my own doctor when I’m ill.
