This was my fourth visit with this doctor in year in half, and she for the second time has insisted that I must of missed a dose, because my thyroid levels were off. This Doctor did not provide meds or instructions on medication change in a timely manner. Did not respond to my phone calls, on request for refills until I sent message on my chart and it still took a week before I got a response from her. Will not be returning to this doctor.
Dr. Heron is caring and always asks questions to see how you are feeling. I feel comfortable talking with her. She listens and let's you finish your sentence.
