Dr. Kang is caring and a a good doctor, but he has time restraints with the amount of time spent with each patient. It's not always easy to get an appointment with him. Available appointments are often 2 months out. This isn't patient-friendly if Dr. Kang is your primary doctor and a medical issue arises. The people at the call center will send messages to Dr. Kang's nurse in an effort to get a sooner appointment with him. Then the patient must wait for a call from the doctor's nurse. The whole process could be shortened with direct lines to the doctor's office.
Dr. Kang listens to you and takes whatever time necessary to address your concerns.
