He seemed okay initially, a little rude and too happy to interrupt but nothing crazy. He ordered a test and a new medication for me, and told me to call him if I had problems. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. I cannot get the medication for my chronic condition, and nobody has called me about the tests like the paperwork said they would. The entire point of the visit was to try a different medication, and no matter who I call, email, message on Optum, etc. I CANNOT seem to get a hold of this man to fix the problem. I am still in pain every single day, and I don't see him again for another month. I don't think he ever had any intention of helping me.
