Crystal did a very good job of listening and had a grasp of my medical history and was able to provide helpful recommendations for care.

I don't think she took my pain level seriously. She just prescribed drugs (which didn't help) and PT (which isn't helping yet because of the level of pain). When I followed up, she prescribed more drugs instead of elevating my case and maybe connecting me with a pain doc. Appts are VERY hard to get with pain docs, and she should know this. I am having to wait almost a month.
