Very thorough, caring and educational. He was highly recommended by Drs from a competing group and was available much soon. I left Optum because I hate it, but he made the exception worthwhile. I just wish his paperwork on self-therapy exercises was a bit more detailed regarding frequency and repetitions. But it all worked out.
