He listened to me, he heard everything I said, and he immediately began to explain what he believed was going on. He provided material for me to read and understand regarding what he felt my situation was. He discussed treatment options. He spoke on the cost of the treatment and explained what I would be doing for my treatment, and when he would see me again to follow up.

Dr. Roman-Rodriguez has great a beside manner. He is always friendly, asks if I have any concerns, and makes me feel comfortable.
