Very nice in person but poor follow up. I believe this was her staff’s lack of action and communication rather than her personally.

She was able to see me right away. She clearly had read my file and was inquisitive and thoughtful in her questions. She followed up and made a clear plan. She was able to reach out right away after results were complete and make a plan forward.

Charisse was knowledgeable and friendly and didn't rush our appointment. I felt comfortable with her and trust her judgement and expertise.

I sent Nurse Pecorella a portal message asking for a phone call to go over my elevated blood test results. I recieved a message back telling me to drink more water. I was not happy with that answer. But at least she responeded. Other Optum doctors have not responded to my portal messages at all. When I call the doctor's office to get a response, someone in to office tells me the doctor is too busy and that I should go to urgent care.

Nothing in particular; she's got good bedside manner.

I gave this rating because of the outstanding care I received from Charisse Pecorella, NP. She was absolutely awesome—understanding, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. She made thoughtful recommendations and made me feel heard and supported. She has been better than any doctor or nurse practitioner I’ve seen at Optum, and it is always a pleasure to see her. Her compassion and professionalism make a big difference in my experience.
