She took time to understand my medical conditions and provided valuable insights into what can be done to manage each condition. She showed compassion and caring. She possesses an extensive knowledge of medicine and has a great ability to communicate with patients. She helped ensure that all my medications were refilled properly and promptly responded to a need for a drug preauthorization. I feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful nurse practitioner.
