Dr. Rayner is very competent. She is an active listener. She is caring and compassionate. Additionally she has selected and trained her staff members to follow up with patients. Both Jennifer and Adrianna are very good at clearly communicating and understanding patients concerns.

Dr. Rayner has always been extremely available to discuss any medical issues in a thorough and knowledgeable manner. She responded to all questions posed helping me to understand all aspects of my condition while providing referrals as needed. She has always made recommendations about how best to care for my medical issues and accepted my thoughts about how I wanted to move forward with them. She also provided all aspects both positive and negative about a course of action that I may have wanted to take allowing me to make informed decisions.
