She lacked any sense of compassion or empathy. She disregarded anything I had to say about why I was there simply based on numbers on a paper. I was referred to the doctor she is NP for as I was told that physician was great. So I was hoping to find the NP to be just as good and she was one of the most disregarding physicians I have met.

Because the first time i saw her was for a blood clot in my right leg, she put in for a sonogram to be done of my right arm. So i had to call and put in a request for that to be fixed before i can schedule the proper appointment. Then when i had a follow up in 3 months with her she talked about the blood clot i got was from surgery when i NEVER had surgery in my life.
