Dr. Pekkerman is a nice person, however, once in the exam room I always rushed. In turn, communication is hurried and questions I have missed. More specifically, he addresses my current musculoskeletal issue but little time given to the route cause explanations or long term solution. Instead, if needed, I get a perception or a script for PT. Now when I have an appointment with any of my Optum Doctors, I write down all my medical care questions and printed out my related medical history because I know its a revolving door of patient care at Optum.
