All around pleasant and thoroug
Dr. Garcia was very professional and patient with me. I went to her office stressed out after thinking I had high blood pressure. Only to find out that after comparing my in office blood pressure to the machine I bought off Amazon to test at home; the machine was way off. She even took my pressure multiple times throughout the office visit to show it was normal. I also really appreciated how she could see my blood pressure taken at other offices under the Optum umbrella; showing that my blood pressure was never high at any of those appointments either. It definitely put me at ease.
Extremely caring and made sure I understood everything. Dr Garcia called me on her day off to advise me to go to ER. She then called me on Monday to see how I made out. She is very knowledgeable and caring. What a wonderful doctor.

I felt that the doctor listened to me and explained things clearly. I did not feel as if I was being rushed. I appreciate the level of detail and care that went into my diagnosis and the immediate implementation of a plan to address issues. Dr Garcia also assisted with resubmitting prescriptions when I had an issue with my insurance, she was quick to respond.
