Dr.Shah made me feel like family from the first appointment! She was very informative in explaining my condition and was very kind in answering all my questions about my condition.

Although Dr Shah does seem compassionate and knowledgeable in regard to illness or condition, she is not very helpful with procuring pre authorizations of specialty medication and is next to impossible to make contact with to fill out any forms you may need for financial assistance for said medication and will not fill out forms for disability parking. For that she refers you to your PCP. These services were all efficiently done by my previous rhematologist from Garnet so I know it's possible to accomplish these things. She just doesnt.
