Great bedside manner, knowledgeable
I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for many years. I have always found him to be professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. He has a wonderful personality. We have joked a few times how he happens to resemble a character on Seinfeld.

After my most recent visit, I felt that my concerns about my lab results were dismissed. I also noticed that Dr. Jones had added incorrect surgical history information to my chart. I asked him to correct this via patient portal message, but he responded that it would need to be discussed at a future visit. I left a phone message with the office requesting to schedule a visit or receive a call from him, and he has not responded. After this experience I am unlikely to seek care from him in the future.
