Because he told me I had the initial stages of macular degeneration and I’ve since been told that I do not. I think he was alarmist. He was also polite but cold. It was a bad experience

Very professional
-
He is thoughtful in giving information and helping to decide the best treatment for the best vision outcome. He follows up frequently to make sure I am doing well and to see if there are questions.
-
Because I totally trust him. If you trust your doctor there is nothing to worry about. He cares and listens and has helped me so much with my eye journey.
-
Very impatient, was more concerned about the time and/or how long the visit was taking. Kept looking at his watch and was rushing info about cataract surgery I was getting.
-
One of the worst visits with a provider ever. He didn’t even look at my eyelid which is why I was there. Wrote normal in his note when it wasn’t. Very abrupt. Barely made eye contact. Very unfriendly
-
He is very thorough. He listens

-
He is very nice, professional, and does a great exam. Explains everything very well.

He didn't take much time to try to figure out my eye problem (dry eyes?). Just told me it wasn't something he dealt with. He got defensive when I asked him a question. Very hard to talk to. He did, however, prescribe an ointment to put in my eyes, but didn't explain why he prescribed it. He said I should have a test for Sjogren's, but didn't refer me to a doctor who could do this. Not satisfied with his care. (The woman who gave me several eye tests was great!)
