She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional.

She never called me back and I had to call many times in order to get the information about my next step. She did finally put information in my chart on how she would have a nurse call me in the end after the nurse that called me back was one I talked to the day before begging to get information about what my next steps were. The nurse was great and had promised me she would talk to Barbara in the morning when she returned to the office and she did call me as soon as she was done talking to Barbara.

Barbara is one of the best medical providers I have ever had. Knowledgeable, communicative, compassionate. She listens to concerns. Just terrific

For my needs, I would much prefer telehealth but Barbara does not do that. She did in her private practice before joining Optum. My needs are very simple and do not require a lot of time, so driving to the facility is unnecessary for my needs. Barbara is easy to talk with, compassionate and professional.
