I plan to send a detailed letter. You would think that if she is going to perform a minor procedure, she would inform the patient before she pulled out a syringe. Usually physicians will provide step by step verbal details about what they plan to do for the procedure in the office visit. She failed!!! Despite Epic having a robust AVS option, I did not receive ANY written instructions after my visit!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Mizrachi-Jonisch makes herself very available as needed by a patient's concerns, she is friendly and instills confidence in her competence however, my experience has been that the visits seem rushed. She provides opportunity for questions, although a patient should be prepared in advance with any concerns or questions since the appointment time is limited. I did ask her a direct question on the patient portal after receiving a pathology report and I received a phone call from one of the nurses within 48 hours. I would have liked Dr. Mizrachi to have reached out to me personally either by the portal or phone.

She is a very nice, good and professional doctor every time that I go for my visit. She pays a lot of attention to my health problems, she answers me to all of my question about my skin and my concern, she cares about my skin. For these reasons, I am sure she is a very good doctor with patients, and I recommend her to others. I am very glad that she is my dermatologist.
