She is very kind and takes her time to understand what is happening and takes time to review my chart so that she isn't asking me questions that are already in my chart. But rather questions to really understand the situation.
She didn't appear personable at first. To book an appointment takes a long time.

I think she did her job very well
Athena Brown FNP-BC belittled my pain and left me without a plan for treatment. I ended up admitted to the hospital just days later with intractable pain that she ignored. Made me feel like a burden and that I was drug seeking.
