While I love Aysa Trakht I cannot recommend any doctors at Optum to anyone I know. They have all left Optum due to horrible service. Not able to get in touch with physicians when you have a problem is number one. It is really unacceptable. Close second is billing.

Dr. Trakht has consistently been a great resource that has explained things, diagnosed them, and helped me understand why certain tests are done at certain times based on protocol. I have full confidence in her. She is much better than your other OBGYN doctors that I have seen. And she has been able to see me over several years, when your other doctors turn over frequently. Having someone who knows me and my medical history is very important. She is a wonderful doctor and this needs to be valued.
I like her very much but optum is terrible. The doctors are the only reason I’ve stayed with optum as long as I have but now that they aren’t even staying, I’m going elsewhere for much of my care.
I needed to find a new provider as my Dr had left the practice last year. I was really happy with Dr Trakht. Such a nice lady. My appt was on time, so no awkward waiting. I would recommend her.
