I did not enjoy the care that I received with Dr Tschannerl. She was judgmental about my age and plans to get pregnant, even though I am under the care of a reproductive endocrinologist. She also offered nutritional counseling due to my BMI without asking what my current nutritional habits are. I felt judged for the size of my body. I got the impression that she did not approve of the way that I am caring for my body, even though I am doing my best. She tried to be excited about family planning during our visit but it felt forced after her harsh comment about my [omitted] eggs.

I liked her very much. She was very thorough and took a lot of time with me and addressed all my concerns.

First time visit. She was engaging and answered my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable.

From the onset of my visit Dr. Tschannerl, was very helpful and knowledgeable with dealing with me and very professional. Dr. Tschannerl, took her time with me regarding past issues and present issues. In fact, I couldn't wait to tell my sister, how I enjoyed the visit and when I left I was comfortable with the level of care that was provided to me.

Dr. Tschannerl was extremely rude, judgement, and lacked any kind of bedside manner. She talked down to me when I asked about information regarding reccomendations for doctors and medication, she did not discuss some of the problems I listed for her and instead gave me a rant about how I should using a plant based diet from a website she likes which was not relevant to why I was there. Despite mentioning anxiety she lacked warmth and dismissed the problems I was a having in favor of tell me to exercise more. I have never left a doctors office feeling so gaslit, unheard, distraught and judged. She has increased my anxiety about talking to doctors about my issues and being taken seriously. She needs to reflect on her bedside manner if she is seeing patients because it was absolutely unacceptable the way she spoke to me.

This was my initial appointment for general check up. I was very happy with the time she took with me, reviewing my history, and showing great care and compassion. I am very glad she will be my new primary physician.

She is very attentive and compassionate about her patients she puts effort and time in hearing her patients concerns.
