He did not offer alternative diagnoses; did not explore possible ways to help me relieve my symptoms. Cognitive bias in focusing on a single set of criteria and not recognizing the possibility of there being a spectrum of presentations. (I provided a review 2021 article from a peer-reviewed journal.)
