MD Nico is a good doctor. He is quick but doesn’t make you feel rushed. He is able to communicate effectively.

From my very first appointment, which was through a video call, he listened to my concern. He explained everything and then guided me on the next step. For me, it’s very important to feel comfortable during a medical visit, because some doctors are so used to hearing the same health issues that they make you feel like they don’t care about what you’re saying, and they don’t show empathy. In this case, I was very satisfied with his professionalism.
He's very detailed to my personal circumstances and needs.
I did not feel like I was questioned thoroughly about my symptoms, diet etc. He suggested an x-ray, sonogram, bloodwork and colonoscopy. Then when the assistant came in he only helped me schedule the bloodwork and colonoscopy. Later on I remembered and looked on my chart and saw that he wanted me to do those as well. I scheduled them on my own but it was a week later.
