On [omitted] I did not have a visit, I sent a message through the portal for Dr. Ouyang. Dr. Ouyang is caring, thoughtful and an excellent doctor. She never makes you feel like you are being rushed, listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. After reading my messages, Dr. Ouyang called me to discuss my concerns. She was very informative about possible changes in my medications. We will be keeping in touch regarding my care. I am lucky to have found a doctor who not only treats her patient, but listens to how I feel and my concerns

I was not happy with my last visit with Dr. Ouyang - I had asked her if I can go on a certain medication but she said no but I was not happy with the way she delivered the message- she was giving me the run around, would not answer me directly, telling me to go to my primary care (that's why I am seeing you since it was a OB/GYN issue). Not impressed, I came out of the visit angry and confused.

Dr. Ouyang is kind, easy to talk to, and informative. I always look forward to seeing her!
