He caused me undue pain and when I screamed, instead of offering relief, he said “You’re scaring people”!!

She was very professional, she explained everything about my care on details and made me feel comfy about my upcoming procedure.

Provide could be more professional, and should be able to answer concerns during visit. Provider and assistant provider conflicting information. Vital information was taken on a paper napkin by nurse assistant and provider documentation was on a ripped printing paper.

I found Dr. Munzer to be abrasive and crass. While I understand that there are patients who go to him for symptoms he deems silly, but as a healthcare provider, the minimum I expect is the patience and empathy he can provide for his patients even if he cannot help them directly. He didn't take the time to listen to all my symptoms, right after I gave him the summary of why I was there, he simply and very coldly said no it's not hormonal without trying to understand what I was going through more. He basically told me that if I'm getting my period (he didn't even ask if my period was regular, just yes/no if I'm getting my period) then the alopecia I'm experiencing is not hormone related. He doesn't ask any other questions that might be hormone related. I felt extremely dismissed and uncared for, I'm an adult woman and I almost cried in the examining room because of the lack of care. He made me feel stupid for going to him for this without even really giving me an alternative option. At the end of the appointment, I think he may have sensed that I was a bit taken aback and offered to maybe revisit a dermatologist. All in all, it was a very negative experience.

Been a patient of Dr munzer for over 39 yrs. Gives great advice. Very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Always gives me the correct referrals not like when I call and the referral needs to be corrected after sent to the lab -very frustrating.

Dr. Munzer was very thorough in the examination performed. He showed great knowledge regarding the reason for my visit and answered all questions asked. Also, he reminded me of visits that I needed to follow up on after reviewing my record.Overall, very pleased.
