I am only at Optum, because of Dr. Schuller and my trust in him. He has great credentials, education, manner, experience, and is concerned and easy to communicate with.
He is a great doctor. Efficient and caring.
He was professional, kind and communicated clearly and politely. He was not my inital doctor...the inital physician cancelled on me twice. The first time, I rescheduled with her for over a month later..the second time they called me to cancel a week before my colonoscopy. I was told she wouldn't be able to schedule with me for months. The office was impossible to contact and speak directly to. I was given a direct line to speak to medical scheduling and always was put into voicemail. Very difficult to be in that type of situation (and really the first time ever when it came to doctors) Dr Schuller really put me at ease after all that.
