Aja Snow, PA

I want to start by saying that I truly value Aja Snow PA, and the care she has provided me in the past. She was instrumental in diagnosing my tumor when I had been feeling unwell for quite some time, and I’m very grateful for that. That’s why this most recent experience was especially disappointing. I traveled about an hour to my appointment and arrived approximately 5–7 minutes late due to traffic. I was five minutes late by time I pulled into the parking lot and an extra 2 minutes late by time I ran through the parking lot and up the stairs. I later learned there is a 15-minute grace period, which made the situation confusing. When I arrived, I was told that the doctor had already left for lunch. I did not receive any communication beforehand, and had the office called, they would have known I was already on the property. Instead, I was asked to wait and ended up sitting for about 45–50 minutes. When I was finally seen, the appointment itself lasted less than 10 minutes. It felt like I could have been accommodated within the grace period without significantly impacting the schedule. What made this particularly difficult was how the situation was communicated. It left me feeling as though I had done something far more disruptive than arriving just a few minutes late. I was upset and honestly I felt a bit dismissed, which has not been the case in the past with this specific medical provider. I share this feedback because I respect Aja Snow PA, and I hope there can be more consistency with policies and better communication in situations like this moving forward.

She was a great help to me and flushed the wax from my ears I thought she was the best

Knowledgeable, courteous, and she explained what she was gonna do after she listened to what was going on with me and the reason for my visit. I was confident that I was in good hands and came to the right place.

I explained all that before I'm not gonna say it again I had an appointment on a [omitted]. She did not see me. She made me wait for an hour, and she never even came out to talk to me or anything and I needed to see her I had appointment set up for my hearing test and to see how like she wanted me to this was way before I was uncomfortable. I needed to see her. I had an appointment. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. She never came out to talk to me. She told the girl at the front desk that she couldn't see me because I needed a hearing test. I didn't need a hearing test. I needed her to check my ears to see if I had a infection the [omitted] before Thanksgiving and she never did. I went to my follow up on[omitted]. She checked me. I'm getting a CT scan. I'll follow up and then I will never come back.
