Always on time, very caring, listens to the patient and very understanding. Pa Yoon is very compassionate and takes her time listening to my elderly mother. She makes my mom feel good about herself and is very gentle when dealing with her

a miracle. the doctor addressed every issue i had. it happened in just that one visit. she set me up on a 5–10-day regiment with medicine. it was explained to me what each medicine was for. i feel better than i have in years. it would have been month and several doctor at Optum program way before i received the care and help this one visit from dr Yoon. i am so extremely thankful she is my doctor. i now feel i am getting the correct help from a doctor in the sun-optum system.

However...we never felt that she cared beyond doing her job and then leaving quickly. We never received any information or guidance regarding what may or may not be needed regarding the care for our mom.
