Rude, racist, cruel declined to give refills even though referrals said I didn’t need REFERRALS!!! Still DECLINED to give refills (and in the interim I changed to new doctor) and Dr Bui decided that I will get refills on 06/12/2026 when see new doctor. Doctor said that she would not judge me because I smoked weed, but she did. It was either the weed or pain going to kill me…I chose weed. That means that I would have almost 2 1/2 months without Prednisone. My 37 years as a registered nurse tells me that is cruel and unusual punishment. However she referred me to talk therapy and to get a cane.(I couldn’t swallow either lol). The tears were rolling down my cheeks. She asked if I wanted narcotics….I wanted my PREDNISONE.

She doesn’t take the time to with me and answer my questions clearly. She also doesn’t seem to care for my health at the level other doctors at Southwest medical do. Makes me feel like I’m just another number and defers with answers like I’m not sure and it’s out of her hands. (Her words not mine)
