She’s awesome. She was upfront and wasn’t stiff at all. She was easy to talk to. In fact, I probably talked a little too much about nonsense and what not, but she kept me on track.

I saw her regarding vertigo symptoms, she said it was because of the steroid I was taking and didn’t test me any further, just chopped it up to the medication I was taking. I ended up going to an urgent care a day and a half later and they actually tested me for vertigo and confirmed it. They also told me steroids wouldn’t have caused the vertigo. Seems like the dr Toni Harris just wanted to quickly get me out of the room and blame it on medication instead of testing me and actually seeing what is wrong. So disappointed with all Southwest’s medical.
