She is very kind and compassionate. She listens, which is so important. She answers my question and explains things to me. As a paralyzed individual who lives at home and can do most things by myself there’s certain medical needs such as wound care in urgent need for podiatry assistance. Sylvie seemed to waste no time in submitting several referrals on my behalf. She was courteous and kind and I appreciated her visit.
