Inadequate explanation of test results (I used Google to interpret the results). Having to use MyChart for everything is very challenging and (ultimately) frustrating. Thankfully, I am my own best advocate; imagine not being tech savvy and/or not knowing how to find true and accurate information on the internet! Try scheduling an appointment for a test via MyChart. How is that possible (too many variables)? Hopefully we can coordinate via phone. Most of these issues may be system related; if a provider is not allowed to carve out fifteen minutes of their day follow-up with a phone call, the system needs major revisions. Dr. Barbarsh is pleasant and professional and I agree that I could stand to lose a few pounds. I'll request Wegovy from my primary care doctor.
