Office visits always seem to be very rushed. Rarely to I get enough time to discuss all I wanted to during visit. The rushed feeling leads to anxiety and forgetting things I needed to address. The ability for anybody to correct simple clerical errors without rewriting the constitution is just ridiculous.

Because he cares about his patients. I have long time friends that he has cared for for years.
