He's one, if not your most, well rounded doctors you have on staff. I've seen him for over 15 years+ for a variety of reasons and has sent me for exams, tests, labs, and other referrals as needed. All with a caring, charming attitude. So lucky to have him !

He went above and beyond to be helpful to me, as i had a bad experience in the parking lot and was very stressed. After my visit he and the security guard walked me to my car, and even reattached the passenger side mirror that a young man on a skate board had torn off my car in the parking lot.

My husband and I see Dr Tolentino together. He comes in to the exam room, sits down and makes us feel comfortable right away. No white coat syndrome there. And for the amount of time he spends with us he makes us feel as though we are his only patients. He treats us like friends and not numbers. He never hurries us and never leaves without asking if we had any other questions. He never goes off topic unless we invite it and when we do he's always ready to discuss anything we want. He's pleasant and goes over everything with us. Some times his nurse gets thing messed up but no ones perfect. I recommend Dr. Tolentino to everyone who is looking for a doctor. I don't know what you pay him but I'm always trying to get him to leave Southwest and open a private practice. If every doctor in America was like Dr. Tolentino there would be better health care in this country.
