There is something seriously wrong with this doctor. I went to see him to get a referral for a different urologist and an order for a urine culture and antibiotic for recurrent UTIs. He asked me why I had a double mastectomy if I only had cancer in one breast. Why is he even asking me about this operation from 2021 when I’m seeing him for a UTI? When I told him that the urologist and infectious disease doctor said my UTIs were from the estrogen blocker I take he asked me why I didn’t have UTIs the first couple of years I was taking them. Why would I know that? Aging? Long term effect of estrogens loss? Again, why is the doctor asking the patient? His voice became very high pitched and he was waving his hands around saying he wouldn’t order a culture because what was he going to prescribe if it was positive? Then he just started rattling drug names at me in a rant as if it’s my fault I have allergies. I miss Dr. Klein. I will never see Ticman again. He seems unstable.

I do recommend Dr Ticman. he is a very goodand informative doctor. My opinion is, maybe too rushed, this is my 3rd appointment in the afternnon, which was changed from my early appointment without me knowing. most of the time I don't mention other problems with health because I know he only has 15 minutes with me, I don't know about other patients. I asked to be transfered to a closer facility because it was too far to come for a 15min visit and be rushed. I don't like afternoon appointments, it appears that Dr. Ticman is very rushed. I don't know what happened with the patients before me but, I would not like to be an afternoon patient again. He was very helpful in refering me to a closer doctor where I lived. I didn't want to lose him for he has been very helpful to my health but, at this time I felt it was time to move on to another and closer doctor.
