Dr. Norris is an extremely great doctor but she is so busy and seems to have only a small amount of time for her patients. I've been her patient for nearly 4 years and understand but someone else may not so much. To me personally she's fantastic just real real busy.

I love Dr. Norris. I saw her originally in [omitted], changed jobs/insurance but came back in [omitted] & have been seeing her since. She actually listens to concerns & seems to care about my well-being. At my most recent visit, we talked at length & she did several screeners to see how we could address additional concerns. The fact that she's not dismissive & hears what I have to say speaks volumes. It's exactly what I want & need in a medical professional, to be heard, to be seen, & know that they care enough to do so, not just treat me like a quota they need to hurry up & finish to move on to the next person. I appreciate not feeling rushed & appreciate that she takes the time to build & maintain the rapport with me.

Her availability is very limited. I was given to another physician to obtain my required physical & orders for lab work. There was a 4 month interim to see her. I was explained by Dr. Norris her Medical Position on my visit. My medical health needs are obtained without an issue.
