She replaced S. Ho who had an appointment and did a good job.

She Always asks how am I doing. Goes over all my concerns and my labs and my exams. I feel quite comfortable with Dr Norris.

I was referred to Dr. Norris by a colleague she claims to not know and preceded to dismiss nurse practitioner Katona because she wasn't a doctor like her. Dr Norris wardrobe did not fit what a doctor should wear to work , she had on a sweater dress and a tunic of some sort on her head..at least wear a doctor coat over your leisure clothes..I expressed my concerns about my life..I quit smoking and just turned [omitted] and I need a emotional support animal..the way she sat there and judged me was unbearable and embarrassing..so I will not be seeking any care from Dr. Norris in the future.

She is the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life. She’s compassionate. She’s intelligent. This is a doctor. That knows exactly what she’s doing and she’s extremely kind.

She was caring and compassionate, didn’t hurry me and listened to my concerns.

Because that's my opinion and choice.

As I mentioned, Dr. Norris is a blessing. Someone that cares about my health and quality of life. She is up-to-date on all matters of healthcare. I always leave Dr. Norris with utmost gratitude for her care and kindness.

She is easy to talk to and straight forward with her care plan

Dr. Norris is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

She is very professional and always listens to any problems I have. She makes sure to know me as a person and not just a patient so that she understands the why to my problems and not just that I have a problem so she is better able to figure out a plan or a solution.

Dr Norris has been my PCP for many years , I feel comfortable and i trust her to do what’s best for me

She takes time with you. She doesn’t rush you and she explains things so you can understand it.

Dr Norris has been my primary Dr for many yrs and she is very familiar and knowledgeable about my health history and updates me every 6 month appointment on how my health and tests are currently and we review what what adjustment s I may need to make. She takes the time to be thorough and answers any questions or concerns I may have.
