Honestly, she is truly amazing! I was so nervous about having a new after my previous one left but Dr. Cisilino has been the most addition to my life. She’s caring, she listens, she’s is always available when needed. I’m so happy she’s apart of Optum Care

According to the reception, I have to wait for another hour because she was busy. why did she told me to come that hr if she will be busy for 2 hrs?

Kristyn is a top notch nurse practitioner. She is kind, friendly, and cares about her patients. I went to a ER when I first moved to NV ... long story short ... after extensive blood work and testing they said nothing was wrong with me .... only the flu! When Kristen finally received the reports she alerted me that she found several serious problems with my health and the treatment I received at that hospital. Not to be dramatic, but I believe because she sent me to several specialist, heart, lung and kidney, that she saved my life.
