She has improved a lot in her rapport and shows more concern to her patient and explain her written instructions to ensure that I understand what she meant. Giving me a printed copy or summary of my visit helps me a lot. She is getting friendly and sincere.

Polite, professional. respectful, caring. Cons: It's difficult to get an appointment with her, I had to wait 4 months for first appointment. One appointment was cancelled by the office in [omitted] & was rescheduled 3 months later. Unable to communicate with her, via phone call or messages via My Chart: I don't get a response.

I don’t recommend specialist. It’s not my job.

This was my first time seeing Dr Bhatia. I really felt like she listened to me. She was clear in her explanations. Most importantly, I didn’t feel rushed. She addressed my concerns and provided solutions and recommendations.

She's really compassionate and cares for her patients. Except she does not respond to My chart messages in a timely manner when asked to message her

She was very pleasant and professional. The only aspect I wasn’t pleased with is that I have to go all the way to [omitted] to meet with a PA before I again meet with the doctor.

She always can answer my questions that I have and she’s very nice
