She has improved a lot in her rapport and shows more concern to her patient and explain her written instructions to ensure that I understand what she meant. Giving me a printed copy or summary of my visit helps me a lot. She is getting friendly and sincere.

One appointment was cancelled by the office in [omitted] & was rescheduled 3 months later. Unable to communicate with her, via phone call or messages via My Chart: I don't get a response.
