I think he is a very good provider but not given the tools he needs, primarily time to care. I sent multiple messages through the app with no response. Eventually I left 3 messages with the medical assistants, via telephone, who said they sent him messages and I still did not hear back as previously stated. He is knowledgeable but it feels like you guys are just signing up so many patients that there is no familiarity between visits and not a lot of time to really dig in with anyone.
