Dr Flores cares so much about her patient. I was in bad situation in hospital and she was message me on my chart. That made me feel so good I knew she was there and on my side. I would not trade her for anyone! I don’t know if I could have made it without knowing Dr Flores was there ready to help me. I’ve only experienced this level of care and genuine concern once before. It’s such a reassuring feeling to know I have a highly knowledgeable, very compassionate and caring person helping me. I thank god I found her and Dr Barbarush. I honestly would be lost without them. I have been seeing Flores, for years and really like and trust her,but getting information to her is next to impossible. I have learned how to get around so she will get my information. I know she cares but when I get referred to another place then the trouble starts. I am currently on a heart monitor, but when I was referred out my info was never passed on. I had a heart monitor last October but because the other company was never informed. Even when I called about the info to be passed on it wasn't. Now that I have seen Flores, we are on the same page and things should be better.

She’s very thorough with the care plan. Very professional. I love her. If Dr. Barbarash is not available to see I’ll be happy to see her. She’s like Dr. Barbarash. I would recommend both of them. She’s very proactive too.
